Infinite loading Settings google listing ads

Hi,

As a first step, can you switch the site theme to Storefront, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads, please check again to see if this works.

If the issue is not present, you can switch back the theme, and then the rest of the plugins one by one until you find what is causing this issue, more information is in this documentation.

i am running ads on my website. i can disabled all the plugins but can’t able to change the theme because it will break my site. 🙁

I understand that you are unable to switch to the default Storefront theme since it will break your site.

You’ve mentioned that you’ve already cloned your site and the problem does not exist on the cloned site, correct?

Can you please share the System Status Report of the cloned website that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs of the main website (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you for trying the suggestions above.

I noticed a similar error in a previous thread where another user resolved the issue by taking the following steps:

  1. Uninstalling the extension
  2. Disconnecting Google Listings & Ads accounts
  3. Configuring the extension again

Could you try this and let us know if it resolves the issue?

plugin didn’t load on my admin panel as i added the screenshot. i don’t see any disconnect button. 🙁 linked accounts section loading never complete.
