Insert link in Ahref? | WordPress.org

Is it possible to insert a link from an ad around an image manually? Meaning I want to use the click tracking but I cannot insert ads with shortcodes or automatically. I need to insert an image manually in the post (either as a media or plain HTML) and then put an Ahref around this.

So can I put a link with a reference to an ad container like this?
