I installed the smash balloon plugin to put an instagram feed on my website, however, it doesnt work and i get the error code

Instagram Feed is encountering an error and your feeds may not be updating due to the following reasons: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to [graph.instagram.com]) port 443 after 5202 ms: Connection timed out
​
Thought it had to do with the Wordfence Firewall but i have since disabled, deactivated, and removed it and it still is providing me with that error message.

I self host the linux server running wordpress on a ubuntu dedicated server with ovh so i am not sure why there is a problem.
​
Any help resolving this would be much appreciated.
