We are not seeing the UCP favicon, but your website logo, so rest assured that other site visitors are seeing the correct icon, just as we are. It’s definitely your browser cache, you will need to search “How do I clear my browser cache for Chrome or whatever the browser you use is.
You won’t need to install any plugin or tool for that, it should be somewhere in your History settings.
