Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to do the following:

1) When pressing submit, the data of the current page is saved but a new form shows up to ask more questions.
2) How to get monetary values for each option for example:
​
Drop down menu:
Do you like apples or oranges?
Apples -being worth $15
Oranges -being worth $20
​
And the total at the end of the form being added up into a quote to show the viewer as well as send an email to the person who filled out the quote.

To sum up, I’m trying to create an instant quote for customers.
