Hello everyone!
I have created memberships for a design agency. The clients will be able to make requests through private Trello boards. What would make sense to the client?
It would be easier for us to email the Trello link to the client. Should I paste the link on each membership page? Should I integrate the board to the membership pages? Has anyone set something like this up? Any logical advice would be great! Thanks!
No experience in this, however I would say whatever provides the less friction for the client would be the better solution. Does emailing a trello link require them to simply click the link and do their business? If so, that is much better than you emailing them, them going to your website, going to the client section, logging in, looking at their dashboard, finding the link to Trello and clicking. 1 step vs 2-5 steps potentially.
I have no idea what you have on their “membership page”, but if it made sense, absolutely I would include the link to Trello there as well as it just makes sense.
