Glad to help. I’m not familiar with Whatsapp Cloud API, so can’t really say. I can tell you that SAC provides many hooks for customizing, etc. Best way to get a better idea is to look thru the codebase and check it out. I hope this helps, let me know if I any further questions, etc.

Here is the documentation if you would consider to add it as a feature to any of this plugins versions since it may go with the basic problem this plugin solves.
