Internal server error issue

Hello community,

I am rather new in the world of amateur WordPress websites and find myself having a technical issue i do not seem able to fix.

I decided to come back toy website after two months of inactivity and found out I was locked out of WordPress Cpanel, both from url/wp-admin and from my Cpanel on blue host.

The error is Internal server error with an additional 500 server error.

The team at blue host tried a few things with no success and even ran a scan for malware with no more success..

I seem unable to deactivate plugins from my Control panel and get an error trying.

This is getting a little frustrating..

Would anyone have a clue to share?
