Someone attacked my website so i hd to enable cloudflare on it and a rate limit rule. Thats all i did.
Now my customers cant access their accounts and when they request a password reset email they dont get it. and me too so i cant control the website no. what should i do ? Please help.

When you say “they can’t access their accounts”, can be you be more specific? Error message? Screenshots? Define “attacked my website”? Your post is too vague for us to know where to start.
Do you have access to wp-admin?
Are you blocking countries?
Check that the MX record is set to DNS only. We had this a while ago with emails.
