It looks like the Constant Contact integration has not been fully configured for your campaign.
Would you:
- Log into your OptinMonster account at https://app.optinmonster.com
- Select the campaign to edit it
- In the campaign builder, navigate to the Integrations view
- Register and update the Constant Contact integration: https://a.supportally.com/i/i4AN0Q
- Once completed, save the campaign

ive tried and seems that it is integrated now
one question: creativ.email is the plugin for constant contact?

in my word press panel, i just see: creativ.email , and there is a desk – web – to create email campaigns, lists, etc
but the integration was to : constant contact, where i have an account too.
is this correct? or i have to install the CC plugin?

Creativ.eMail is a product created by the same company as Constant Contact, however, it is not the same product as Constant Contact.
Our integration is exclusively for Constant Contact; at this time we do not integrate with Creativ.eMail.
It is not necessary to install the Constant Contact WordPress plugin for our integration with Constant Contact to work. You’ll connect your OptinMonster campaigns to CC through our campaign builder which you can easily access at https://app.optinmonster.com
