Yes, if the subscriptions are in the appropriate status (which you can specify in the plugin settings – https://prnt.sc/VRokMkOvJuzE), such as still being active, then all users with active subscriptions will receive their special pricing. If you prefer they not have these privileges, we suggest creating a different subscription product that will be used as a membership further.
Regarding a separate page for these users – there isn’t a dedicated page. However, on the all Subscriptions page, you can filter subscriptions by status and product to view a list of those users.
