Hello everyone,
I work for a coffee company and our website has recently encountered an issue which we’re having trouble resolving. Basically every time a customer places an online order we should receive an email informing us of the order details so we can get it prepared and sent out to them. WooCommerce (the plugin we use for our online shop) recently updated automatically, and ever since then we’ve not been receiving new order messages.
We are still able to check orders via the back-end of the website, but my worry is that if we aren’t receiving email, chances are that our customers who have placed orders won’t be getting email notifications or updates either.
When I check the ‘Sent Emails’ section from the dashboard, each message after the update has the status listed as ‘Invalid handle provided’, and has not been sent. If I attempt to resend each message, it states ‘Email could not be resent. Error: Invalid handle provided’.
Anyone have any idea how to resolve this problem? Full disclosure, I have absolutely no coding experience and am a complete novice when it comes to web design. All of the original people who built the website have moved on from the company, and I’m only really relied upon to make basic edits.
