Is autoload needed ez-toc-post-content-core-level | WordPress.org

In evaluating autoload options for a site, I noticed this plugin was being called:
ez-toc-post-content-core-level 328.63KB yes

This seemed like a huge option to load on every page, and the content for entire large posts are in there.

Does this need to be autoloaded? Is there a misconfiguration somewhere which is causing this single option to include multiple posts’ content?
