There appears to be no contact form on their site or email for legal. Had a look at their forums but they are wiped of any reference to the dispute. Pretty crazy to just shut off a large number of sites from security updates.

Prob best way to get heard is to complain about it to the Silver Lake attorneys lol
This is related to an issue I had with Automattic for my clients months ago. I registered displeasure in a forum: post deleted. I talked to support: they were actually nice, but in the end they didn’t care. My little clients can all go to Shopify. Not worth their notice.
So now I’m watching this explode into other people’s businesses and revenue streams and I’m sad.
They don’t care, folks.
They’ve been ignoring displeasure forever now tho
You should contact wp engine and ask them to resolve this issue. If you’re their customer.
If you’re not their customer then you have nothing to worry about really.
