I’m making my sisters wedding website and she wants the site password protected but she wants it so that then you put in the password and go to RSVP just your specific households names show up, and that if you in the immediate family or bridal party you see extra pages that not everyone can see. Is this something that’s possible to do?

Sounds like a case of simply giving people WordPress accounts for the site at lowest level privileges (viewing only) and then switching in the dynamic code from there.
Edit – and no access to any form of admin panel.
