The developer cannot and must not support customers on this site. That is not permitted for any developers. If they do that they risk getting it real trouble here and can lose their plugins on this site.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
NOTE: that form says “not for support”. At the very bottom is an email address. I won’t post it here but email them using that address.
@webfactory You really need to do better for where customers can get support. You know it is not on this site here.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
