Is there any raffle/lottery plugin that picks winners from users who have already signed up? No need to enter the competition specifcally. I’m looking for a daily raffle of sorts.

I’m looking to have a daily draw on a website of mine. All users who have signed up are automatically in the draw. Is there any plugins out there which do this? All I can find is ones users have to purchase tickets on, or sign up and do social activities to get tickets.

I’m also willing to hire if you’re interested.
