Is this worthless

I have been building websites for 15 years and only seriously for last 3 years since COVID struck and killed my travel co.
I’m relaunching my travel co and am considering selling the small web design business I have but not sure if it’s worth anything.
We only build and do digital marketing (moreso digital now) and have turned over around £30k this year. Website builds are for a specific niche so can be heavily targeted but recently started getting other work in.
The digital marketing has been on one off contracts but again, a couple of those are turning into monthly projects which we have ongoing. I’d anticipate probably around £500 pm on the few I’m about to convert.
By interest has just completely gone in this business and need to get back to my passion for travel. I receive work weekly for small updates etc so many of these could be converted in MRR but I just don’t have the interest.
Do I try and sell it just close it down??
