Is wordpress by itself enough to land a job?

Hello, I am interested in learning WP development and doing freelance work as fast as possible.

However, I don’t have any coding skills. I wonder if WP mastery by itself is sufficient to land a job. If not, what extra knowledge do I need?

Also, are there some free WP courses that have all the material to be job-ready? Sort of like The Odin Project.
