– I have European WPML multilingual e-commerce website.
– Each language is different domain (.de, .fr ..), but maim .eu version is in English.
I need to add another version for US customers. It will also be in English, but different content (far less products, different home page and landing page.
Important: Product reviews and stock information need to be synced.
Multisite with right plugin to share products seems like the best option so far.
Any other ideas? Thank you.

Generally speaking, no. Multisite’s not gonna be your best solution for this. I would look at the various plug-ins that do multilanguage support and see which ones best for your needs. They probably don’t need multisite to do that.
