1. Clear all your caches at: Browser, WP Plugin, Web hosting server
2. Disable all caching for pages Login, Register, Password Reset, Account, User, Members.
3. Look at your browser web console if you have any Javascript errors.
4. Enable PHP error logging, read this guide: How to enable debug logging
You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors: /wp-content/debug.log
Post the content of this file here in the Forum and we can give you the PHP error explanation.
5. If these steps not will solve your issue make a theme/plugin conflict test:
embarrassing…so I forgot that Login Forms are also UM configurable forms in the GUI. Because there is a checkbox for “remember me” on the settings, I didn’t think it would be also an option at the Form edit area. Enabled and resolved.
