Hi,
first of all make sure you have entered a unique ID in the ‘Popup ID’ field and its corresponding name in the ‘Popup Name’ field, then select ‘Events’ and ‘On click by CSS class’. Next, enter the desired class in the field below. Now select the block of your button that you want to trigger the popup, and in the ‘Advanced’ section -> Additional CSS class(es) of the block, enter the same class that you entered in the popup event field.
Save the settings and now you should be able to see the popup!

Perfect, now I see the popup, but if I close it to reopen it, I have to reload the page. Is it possible to make it open again even if it’s closed?
Sure! To make the popup reopen even if it’s closed, you need to enable the ‘Reopen Popup’ toggle. This way, the popup can be reopened even after it’s been closed. Additionally, you can also add a sound when the popup opens. Simply enable the ‘Opening Sound’ toggle in the ‘Events’ section. By default, there’s already a sound, but you can also upload an mp3 file of your choice. I hope this helps!
