Issues with blurry images on mobile responsive mode

Hello, so I’ve been tweaking my website and everything on my laptop looks clear and aligned nicely. However when I go onto my phone to search my website, everything is a mess and images are so blurry. I keep tweaking but when I do the changes are not reflected or updated so not too sure if its my phone or the website itself as every change is reflected on my laptop. Also I’m having issues fixing the images as they are constantly blurry on my website. Are there any solutions to this?
