So, for the past few days, i have been adding products to my woocommerce sites. There were more than 50+ products to be added. After I had added like 30ish products, I started noticing slower performance of my site. My site has become slower, along with the wp dashboard. When I click on new product, it takes time to load new page. And when I try to add the product image, it takes forever for the media library to load. Not to mention the time it takes for the image to upload. How do i resolve this, i need to complete this site ASAP, but it is all slow as hell.
For the record, my hosting is going to expire in 16 days. Can this be reason for this slow performance. I thought of trying new theme, or resetting my site. I don’t have many plugins.

Bench mark your hosting as a first step ( Move if its slow ) . If thats ok . Then use Query Monitor to find obvious bottle necks . If that does not help then explore profilers like newrelic / tideways.
If adding 30 to 50 things your site slows it down, get better hosting. Make sure you back up your entire site, database included, and move it to a new host.
Out of curiosity who is your hosting provider?
How large is your website (GB)? To be honest, this is most likely a hosting issue.
A few products shouldn’t really cause any slowdown.
Shared-hosting database bottlenecks? I have some plugins in the repo that might help. Write up here. https://www.plumislandmedia.net/wordpress/performance/optimizing-wordpress-database-servers/
And, what kind of idiot hosting provider company would throttle their customers shortly before renewal time? “ Nice web site ya got here, bub. Shame if anything happened to it.” Maybe you should migrate to another host.
