Need help asap with MailPoet form not working

So basically I wanted to use MailPoet for e-mail marketing and I have set up a form on an elementor page but for some reason it does not work. My friends reported that when you fill out the form and click JOIN it gives an error message saying “Couldn´t connect to MailPoet server, refresh page and try again later“. How can I fix this? I tried it from about a dozen emails of different types like my personal, temporary, gmail and even made up one that doesnt exist and it always worked. One thing to note is that my other friend could not join from PC but on mobile it worked (only halfway though because the confirmation email ended up in the spam folder). Please I am desperate for help anybody! I can provide any details if you need. Thanks
