I added a Jepack subscription widget to my site, but it doesn’t seem to work. I have configured the success message and welcome message to be sent to new subscribers. However, when I entered an email to test, it displays a pop-up message saying “you’re now subscribed to the site” instead of showing the success message that tells users to confirm their subscription. Also, it doesn’t send the welcome message I configured. I have searched through the threads but didn’t find any solutions for the issue.
