Jetpack support Q – “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”

[ad_1]

I don’t pay for the full version, so cannot access the Jetpack support ticketing, and the WordPress forum has garnered no responses.

Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection

This error pops up when I click nearly any tab on my dashboard. I tried to troubleshoot Jetpack, but nothing appears wrong with that specific page. Also tried to deactivate it, but going to the settings crashed the page and gave me the error message again. Any ideas? The Jetpack site suggests issues with conflicting plugins, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot that. Not like I have a million plugins… should I deactivate them all?

  1. Yes, you should. Than activate them one by one, until error doesn’t appear. This is the easiest way.
