Moving from page builder to Gutenberg + blocks plugin: Need advice

[ad_1]

I have been using the Zeen theme from Codetipi for my fashion blog/woocommerce shop for years, but it’s not getting updated regularly anymore, so it’s time for a change. It sounds like moving to Gutenberg + a feature-rich blocks plugin is better long-term for a lot of reasons. Problem is, there are A LOT of blocks plugins and blocks-friendly themes out there and I’m not sure which way to go.

Is there theme and/or blocks plugin that offers a lot of functionality and customization that you would recommend? I need an option that also works with woocommerce. I’ve been looking at:

* Spectra
* Ollie
* Stackable
* Breakdance (which seems to be a page builder, but looks like a decent option?)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I’m happy to answer any questions!

  1. I’m a hobbyist but I threw out all my design plugins and just forked over the yearly for Breakdance. If Breakdance is too expensive then look at Bricks, it’s currently a one-time fee. Has less built in elements but it’s powerful and fast.
