A few days ago, I shared that I had run into some trouble with the backend of my website. As a self-confessed noob in all things related to tech and WordPress, I was struggling. Unfortunately, my hosting service, Hostgator (I know they are shit), wasn’t much help.
Feeling somewhat desperate, I turned to this community for advice. I expected maybe a few pointers, but what happened next was incredible. Within just 10 minutes, u/lickthislollipop reached out to me. Despite running his own company and juggling the responsibilities of being a full-time dad, he dedicated the past two days to helping me sort out my issues.
