# Simple booking system for fitness instructor
Hi,
My girlfriend is a part-time fitness instructor and has a website where she sells online fitness classes. There are a few clients and this part is going well. However, she also is giving in-person classes and occasional group classes.
We currently don’t have a system for this and I am looking to help try to find a system that is a) easy and b) cheap (it is very low-key and really cannot cost too much)
The idea is that she can make events. These events are shown on her booking calendar, and people can buy a ticket/entry to that event. Or, and this the part why it has been difficult to find a solution, they can buy for example a 5x class pass (for a discount) so they can use that to book 5 classes.
Ideally with mail notifications and a small user environment so people can see the previous/upcoming bookings.
The website is currently on WordPress and ideally the booking page would be on there too (possibly in an iframe). All the solutions I have found so far are either too complex, too pricey (it really is super in the beginning) and/or do not offer prepurchase of a bundle?
I am hoping someone knows of a cheap plugin/software that would be able to do this? Ideally with a lifetime purchase, or fx a x% fee of every purchase fx. Thanks a lot in advance.

What solutions have you researched so far?
I have a similar situation, looking to potentially add bookings. I haven’t started to research this yet, but I’m happy to follow up if I find anything different. I have a few other issues to deal with first, thus it might be a few weeks before I make this a priority.
What solutions have you found but rejected due to costs or lack of bundle features?
[Booknetic](https://www.booknetic.com/). One off buy with an excellent UI, feature set and support.
If you are looking for a custom solution, my agency is specialised in wordpress building websites with custom development. prices vary $500-2500
WooCommerce Bookings and the Quantity Discounts extensions should do what you want I would think:
