The pro plugin won’t update due to “authorization failure” which appears to mean that the pro subscription has elapsed.
When I try to login using any known social accounts for this client, it says account not found.
I’m waiting on the previous web manager to get back to me, but assuming he doesn’t, what’s the best way to get help from Elementor? Is there some sort of site ID or something I can give them to verify I am indeed who I claim to be?
sounds like someone else will need to signup to elementor pro and connect to that new account.
You really don’t need anything from elementor besides a new pro license. Buy a pro license and connect it and you should be good to go.
