I have ChatBot setup with approx 50 Simple Text Responses and associated keywords only. I have the phrase match accuracy set to 0 and the search fields set to ‘keywords only’. This seems to work exactly as I want. I am unsure what the benefit of the OpenAI/Dialogflow would do for me here? Would they make the results even more accurate somehow? I only want to show results from the STR’s and nothing made up etc.
