The mobile version is very slow! – I’ve tested it and it tells me some stuff like render blocking etc.
Before I go digging into that, Is there anything obvious that I’m missing? I think it is really hurting my SEO and my google ads – the landing page takes too long to load and it loads in quite a jerky fashion.

Its loading fast on my end but it might not for others.
Be honest, your plugin is too much (it just me). If I were you, I would get rid these plugins: SEO Framework, SVG Support, Site Kit by Google, All in one WP Migration and WebP Express. Then add Yoast SEO.
I am not sure why you need SVG Support and WebP Express plugin for? You have gallery somewhere?
Then add Cloudflare for protection becuase the Site by Google is garbage, it slows down the site which I had experienced it before.
Course, everyone is different and I usually have less plugin for faster loading and less resource used.
