Kadence theme vs elementor

I used elementor and don’t really like it much, today I got introduced to Kadence theme and the free starter templates and man I’m really liking the builder. And the advanced blocks. I’m new to web dev and WordPress so I’m a noob. Who else is using Kadence here ?

Also I’m using a starter template theme and customizing locally, can I somehow export it to the WordPress online version?
