Lack of styling on website and dashboard

I just finished installing wordpress on a LAMP server and I’ve run in to this problem I simply cannot seem to find an answer for. My entire front and back end of my site is pure html with no styling. I’ve tried reinstalling everything from the lamp server to wordpress itself and nothing has changed.
