My image files seem to be becoming their own separate pages on my website?

Have any of you run into an issue like this? My media files are somehow becoming their own live pages on my wordpress site. I dont mean like the file path ->

i mean

I look under posts/pages and none of them show but my ahrefs is picking up all these image files as “orphan urls” and I need to get rid of them.
