Latest post block was showing YouTube embed in preview. Now I can’t figure out how to do that

I tried searching but it’s a hard problem to boil down to a search query.

Basically, I am creating a landing page where the latest post shows. Each post includes and YouTube embed and a featured image.

I had managed to get it setup so it just showed the title, YouTube embed and date in the latest post block. Now I can’t seem to make that work anymore. Any thoughts? I hope I’m making sense.
