List Block: In the editor can’t type text into list item

Something at your end (your theme, a plugin, or even a browser extension) is causing this. The + button should be at the extreme right, as shown below.

And, by the way, it’s because this button creates a nested or sub- list, that’s why it’s inside the List block.

Yes, you’re right. If I create a new WordPress installation, I don’t see the problem. The problem is caused by the PublishPress Blocks plugin.
