We have a large learning site that we provide for our clients. Our clients are organizations that use our different software applications. We currently use LearnDash to create courses and use Restrict Content Pro (RCP) for content access. We also have guides (wordpress posts) that we provide. Currently we add clients by group, so 1 organizations = 1 RCP group with several members. We have RCP Group Admins that can remove, add and update members.
What we want to do is create a Group Leader Dashboard that allows the group leader (Group Admin) to create from the guides and courses we provide a curated learning path. For example – Client wants their Routers to take a specific course and to read specific guides that cover routing. We want them to have the ability to put this together in a place for their teammates to see this. For the Group Leader Dashboard we also want them to see course progress, quiz scores, certiciates earned, and as an added plus if they could also see what guides and when they have read them.
I am looking at 4 possible solutions that integrate with LearnDash:
* LearnDash Groups Plus
* Organization Management
* LearnDash Instructor Role
* LearnDash Dashhboard
The first three seem better suited if clients were creating their own courses. The last one, LD Dashboard does look like it will acheive what we want though it seems we still need to install a plugin for this plugin.
Does anyone have any experience with these plugins and their integration into LearnDash that they could share and if they can confirm if they will get us where want?
We are also open to a completely different LMS for WordPress that has a dashboard for learners and Leaders. I wanted to see a working demo of LifterLMS as I think I saw it has a Leader dashboard, but they don’t provide a free demo so you can see how it works and feels.
Are there any LMS for WP that provide the option for a frontend dashboard for Group Leaders and Group Members that will allow them to curate content from our site? We do not need instructor type roles as we (the digital content team) create the guides and courses.
