Localization Files do not always work, possible bug report

Hello,

I’ve noticed that Localization Files don’t always work in this project. For example, I have loaded the google tag manager file so that it is loaded locally:

Many times it works without problem, PageSpeed Insights recognizes the Google Tag Manager JS as a local file

But sometimes he considers it again as an external resource

When that happens, new unused JS is also loaded (interestingly, the Google Tag Manager JS also appears here)

I couldn’t recognize a cause or theory, everything seems fine and I’m getting good scores with the LiteSpeed plugin
