Login is not recognizing username or email address

I’ve checked the database and the email address is in the user table.
The username and email is not being recognized.

I confirmed I am in the correct database.

I confirmed the table prefix is correct based on the wp-config settings.

I have reset the password IN the database and I still cannot get logged into the website.

Also – I checked the options and both siteurl and home are the same.
