login only possible when connected to another internet

Hi,

I have problems logging in into my wordpress site (hosted on an internet server).

It is not possible with our default internet connection (wlan / ethernet / LTE router) – I get the “cookies error”. I have already tried all problem solving things (editing config etc.) – nothing helped.

I also disabled the windows firewall, used another browser, cleared the cache etc.

When I tried to connect my laptop with a mobile hotspot by my phone everything works (same browser etc.)

What can be the problem?
