We need a WordPress theme rewritten for us from scratch (not using an existing turnkey theme). I’m asking for people’s good experiences with contractors or companies they’ve had. I really want to avoid companies who shove turnkey solutions out the door or put in minimal effort as I’ve already been through a few companies that ended up with poor experiences due to what amounted to ignoring the requests and just going for cash grabs. I’m ideally looking for someone/company that does clean php/html and is familiar with development as I’d rather pay for quality then a cheap rush job, so would appreciate people’s personal recommendations for people/companies that worked well for them and got the job done.
