To send a quick message to an admin or request more information.
Does anyone have any good Preferably free plugins to route requests for information or contact forms

Contact form 7 or Ninja Forms.
Ensure your SPF and DMARC records are set up for your domain – if done correctly, you don’t need to use an SMTP/email sending service.
