Looking for a free WP plugin to show paid orders for clients that are pulled from Google sheet?

Hello everyone! I have all orders from Woocommerce stored on Google Sheet for convenience. Basically, I use it to monitor all the clients and let them know of how many lessons they have left before their course plan expires.

The idea is to make a new page for customers (example below) with something like a basic Tracking order field, where a client would simply enter his/her Email that was used at the checkout process. After that, the plugin would filter by email and pull all the data for the customer (e.g. name, phone, due dates, etc.).

Is it possible with some free plugin? I need a basic WP plugin that would automate the process. For now I have to inform my clients manually, of when their plan expires and ask them to make another purchase. This would allow clients to see their expiring order details directly from the webiste by themselves without asking anything.

I could have also tried to do that with the Woo SQL database (pull the orders data from there, but i need more custom details, so I use Gsheet where I can easily update the information daily + it's integrated into other services like telegram bot).

p.s. I'm looking for a working solution from real cases, some plugins or alternatives on how to do so. If I haven't googled, I'd not have asked this question here. The closest solution I've found was the SheetDB but it's freemium and it stops working after 500 requests.

Please don't suggest me to create "your own" plugin with ChatGPT, i'm not a pro. I'd like to find some plug and play solution for a small client db

  1. It’s more a custom solution situation, especially as you want work with business/personal data (security wise it’s not like pulling some product informations). I’m afraid there will not be some reputable free plugin. If it’s beyond your experience I would suggest invest in somebody to handle it for you. It usually doesn’t end too well to save money on e-commerce project.
