Recommendations for managing multiple client websites?

[ad_1]

I work for a small digital agency specializing in WordPress and Webflow websites, and I'm finding it increasingly challenging to manage our growing portfolio of projects. I'm looking for recommendations on tools or services that can help monitor and track multiple websites from a single place. Ideally, I'd like one that has:

A summary dashboard of all websites

Health and uptime monitoring

Performance tracking

Website change detection like text, CSS, HTML new pages, pricing etc.

After doing a bit of research, I’ve found:

ManageWP – This one is more for WordPress I think and I was wondering if there’s something for Webflow apart from the dashboard.

notify-me.rs: I’ve seen this recommended by the founder on several subreddits and want to know what other people here think about it.

Visualping: I’ve seen this recommended in various subreddits as well. I think it has a cloud version and a self-hosted option, and I also saw a Google Chrome extension.

Distill IO: Same as Visualping. The only difference is it has a mobile app.

Has anyone used any of these? FYI, I already use Google Analytics to monitor the traffic for the sites as well.

  1. Founder of Notify Me here, I’d gladly answers any questions you have regarding this. Feel free to DM me.

    Cheers!

  2. You can use MainWP for WordPress, but you’ll probably want to set it up on a separate domain or sub-domain, and secure it. It has a free and paid options.
