We have a venue with multiple rooms, and people can book one or more room for a duration they want. It is a community venue and open to everyone, free of cost.
I have looked at few different plugins, but they are either appointment booking that offer a set time (eg fixed 30min timeslots), or accommodation booking that blocks the entire day, or events booking that is not necessarily what we are looking for.
Is there any plugin that allows the user to choose the room(s), allows custom duration, and shows a calendar of all booked rooms/timeslots?

If none of plugin fits your needs perfectly, you can customize/tweak them a bit according to your needs. Often after few changes everything works fine.
