Looking For A Refer A Friend Plugin

Hi,

I am not using Woocommerce, just using standard WordPress and Buddypress.

Looking for a refer a friend plugin. I don’t need it to produce rewards or points or anything like that, just something that keeps track of who has referred who etc.

Struggling to find what I am looking for and hoping someone knows one that might do the job
