Looking for a simple theme

Hi all,

I am looking for a simple theme to use, something like [this]). I did find the blogstream theme comes close, but since some of my posts are long it makes them unreadable in that format. Is it possible to have it look like the blogstream theme but only show a summary with a link to the full article/post?
