I can code these myself but looking for speed to deploy.
Core of the site is MemberPress but their forms/ fields lack logic which is really important. So I’m also using Ultimate Member for the user profile and form for editing the user profile. I’d like to ditch UM and just code my own profiles but I’ll need an input method for users.
The challenge is I will have 48 different forms based on the sport a user plays. This could be one single monster form with logic but I’d rather serve separate forms so they are easier to manage.
So who has a form plugin that can write to usermeta?

Our UsersWP plugin does and the free version comes with unlimited registration forms.
You can also design the profile via PHP by redesigning the profile template completely.
